Work protocol

  • After the client has contracted the service hours package, we will request access data to the platform, such as access to the hosting panel, ftp access to the store, phpMyAdmin access, backoffice…
  • Once the technicians have all the necessary access, our team will initially analyze and consult on the status of the platform.
  • After this first phase, the changes and/or improvements requested by the client will begin to be made.

NOTE: In the event that your online store has not been developed by Línea Gráfica, we cannot guarantee the status in which the project is delivered to us. The times will always be estimated and never fixed. Until the moment our technicians access the platform in question, they are not qualified to estimate times for the tasks to be developed. Regardless of who created the store, in the event that it has important customizations, such as: integration with management software, purchased modules, Shopify core customizations, etc., this must be communicated in the first task that the client requests.

Project management software included

To control hours, work development and feedback, we have a specific portal where you can create tasks, create discussion threads and conversations about each task, view the time spent on each task and the total time used so far.

Each task request required by the client will be put into production within a maximum of 15 days (we normally try to attend to them within the first 24 working hours) after receiving the request. It is important that you try to include as many tasks as possible in each request.
