What is the Kit Consulting grant program?

The Kit Consulting program is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to promote the digital transformation of SMEs through the contracting of specialized digital consulting services.

Who is it for?

The digital solutions provided by Kit Consulting are aimed at small and medium-sized companies with between 10 and less than 250 employees.

How much is the aid?

The aid is granted in the form of a specialized and personalized Digital Consulting Voucher. The maximum amount of the aid varies depending on the size of the company .

The segmentation that distinguishes the Kit Consulting program is the following:

  • Segment III . SMEs with between 10 and less than 50 employees. Maximum amount €12,000
  • Segment II . SMEs with between 50 and less than 100 employees. Maximum amount €18,000
  • Segment I. SMEs with between 100 and less than 250 employees. Maximum amount €24,000

* The maximum amount of aid that will be allocated to each of the services provided will be €6,000.

What services can you contract with us and are they included in the program?

I. Artificial Intelligence Advisory Service

The main objective of this service is to provide you with an artificial intelligence plan tailored to the needs of your SME. You will learn about the investment required and the measures necessary for its adoption. In addition, your learning in artificial intelligence techniques will be prioritized. A use case tailored to your SME will also be developed.

What this service includes:

  • Identifying relevant data sets for the implementation of AI algorithms, this way you can have a better understanding of your SME's information.
  • Advise you on the creation of data governance protocols with AI regulations, guaranteeing their validity and veracity when applying AI.
  • Analyze AI tools for data management, making recommendations based on reality and the investment capacity of your SME.
  • Guide you on how AI techniques can derive valuable insights from existing data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Train yourself in the strategic use of AI techniques in data management.
  • Develop and execute a business-specific use case related to the application of artificial intelligence.

II. Data Analysis Advisory Service

The main objective of this service is to provide you with a basic data analysis plan tailored to the needs of your SME. You will learn about the investment required and the measures necessary for its adoption. In addition, your learning in processes for data extraction and analysis will be prioritized.

What this service includes:

  • Identify your SME's data that improves understanding of the available information.
  • Analyze the different options for artificial intelligence tools to exploit and visualize data, recommending the one that best suits the current situation of your SME and the investment required for its adoption.
  • Establish valuable information from data processing with artificial intelligence algorithms.
  • Advise you on the exploitation of data through the chosen tool.
  • Optionally, we can advise you on data governance, management and quality management processes in accordance with the specifications UNE 0077 “Data Governance”, UNE 0078 “Data Management” and UNE 0079 “Data Quality Management”.
  • Develop and execute a business-tailored use case in data analytics (basic level).
  • Identify opportunities or possible uses of AI in the field of data analysis.

IV. Digital Sales Advisory Service

The main objective of this service is to establish the necessary investment and digital marketing techniques, including the use of artificial intelligence technologies, to improve the performance of your online sales, and the implementation of a use case adapted to the digital sales area of ​​your SME.

What this service includes:

  • Analyze the current situation of your SME in digital sales, positioning in social networks and presence on the Internet.
  • Raise awareness among your employees about the importance and techniques of online sales and digital marketing.
  • Define an online sales strategy and digital presence (social media, search engine positioning, Google Analytics, etc.) in the medium and long term, using predictive models based on AI.

V. Business Process or Production Process Advisory Service

The main objective of this service is to identify areas for improvement and optimization in your SME's current business processes, as well as the definition of a personalized process improvement plan in key areas. Instead of a business process, this advisory service can be aimed at the optimization of one of the production or manufacturing processes. In either case, techniques related to artificial intelligence will be used, and the development of a use case adapted to the business is included.

What this service includes:

  • Understand your SME's strategic goals, key points and objectives and align them with a focus on digitalization, use of artificial intelligence and improvement of business processes (or, where applicable, selected manufacturing process).
  • Analyze the business processes you currently carry out to identify possible improvements. In the case of production processes, an analysis of the selected manufacturing process will be carried out, identifying areas of opportunity for efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.

VI. Business Strategy and Performance Advisory Service

The main objective of this service is to provide you with a business strategy plan to improve the competitive positioning of your SME. This plan will include the necessary investment and the appropriate tools, and will also take advantage of artificial intelligence technologies to improve the analysis capacity. A use case will also be developed to improve your performance and strategy by identifying needs and gaps, as well as opportunities to improve your situation in relation to your competition.

VII. Cybersecurity Advisory Service

The main objective of this service is to provide you with a basic cybersecurity plan adapted to the specific needs of your SME. Also, to carry out an adapted use case. The aim is to apply the basic documentation of your Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and ENS (medium-high category)

What this service includes:

  • Understand the current risk situation of your SME, identifying the most valuable assets and data for your activity.
  • Ensure the continuity of your SME in the event of potential security incidents, minimising the risk of business interruptions.
  • Develop and provide a detailed response plan for security breaches, defining specific protocols and actions in the event of a cyberattack.
