This module allows you to move products from one category to another and/or display products in multiple categories at once.
1. Move products from one category to another
This feature allows you to easily move one or more products from one category to another. This product will disappear from the home category and appear in the destination category. All you have to do is:
- Select the starting category or subcategory (via a sliding menu) from which you want to move the product(s)
- Mark the product(s) you want to move (the module automatically displays all products contained within the selected category)
- Select the target category or subcategory (via a slider menu) into which you want to move the product(s)
- Select the option “Move selected products” and click “Validate”
2. Assign a product to several categories at once
This feature allows you to easily assign one or more products to another category. This product will appear in both the start and destination categories.
Note:The module only modifies the category association of a product so that it can appear in multiple categories at once but no new product will be created on its "Catalog" page. All you have to do is:
- Select the home category or subcategory (via a sliding menu) in which the product you want to display in another category is located
- Check the product(s) you want to display in another category (the module automatically displays all products contained within the selected category)
- Select the target category or subcategory (via a slider menu) in which you want to display the selected product(s)
- Select the option “Copy the selected products” and click “Validate”
Smart filter for productsWe've added a smart filter that helps you find products easily. When the module displays products from a category or subcategory, we give you the possibility to filter the results by ID, name, reference, manufacturer, date, price and condition. This feature allows you to easily find a product, which is very useful when you have many products in your store or when you don't remember which category the products are in.
