Customers can send inquiries about products
Thanks to our module, your customers can now send queries about your products directly from the product sheets (each question/answer is specific to a product, each product has its own questions/answers, as on the Amazon.es website). The module adds a new section in each product sheet with the questions/answers that already exist and a form that allows customers to send their queries (pop-up window with the fields "Name", "Email" and "Question").
You can easily answer your customers' questions
When a customer asks a question, you automatically receive an email informing you of the question you received.
From the module interface, you can view all queries sent by your customers, modify or correct questions and choose whether to activate or deactivate queries (visible or not in the front-office).
Customer-submitted queries are disabled by default in the front-office until you enable them to prevent unanswered questions, spam, or inappropriate questions from being displayed.
All customers can read the questions/queries
Every customer who has asked a question will automatically receive a personal email with the answer to their question.
Afterwards, all customers will be able to consult from each product sheet all the questions/answers that have already been written about this product to help them in their purchasing decision and avoid them asking a question that another customer has already asked.
Very useful to reassure and help your customers, it allows you to increase the conversion rate.
