To start, can you give us a brief summary of your professional career?
I started young in the world of Digital Marketing, doing an extracurricular internship at a crowdfunding company in my last year of the Marketing and Market Research degree. In this company I carried out tasks oriented to PPC, social media management and web analytics. After finishing the internship, I was lucky enough to find Línea Gráfica at the end of 2018. First, I spent 3 months doing an internship at this company, and then I joined the team as one more. During this time I have had the opportunity to take on different roles, which have given me a broad vision of Digital Marketing. Until I ended up specializing in the field of Marketing Automation , assuming the responsibility of implementing and optimizing marketing automation strategies for our clients . As part of my work, I have used various automation tools to create efficient workflows, segment audiences, personalize campaigns and automate lead generation processes. This experience has allowed me to develop technical skills and a deep understanding of the impact that automation can have on the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
And...what challenges do you face every day?
One of the key challenges is to understand and listen to the needs of the client , in order to offer them the most appropriate actions to obtain the best possible results. Every day, we work on implementing and creating new ways to attract, convert and retain users into clients through innovative workflows that improve the efficiency and personalization of campaigns. In addition, as we all know, the world of Marketing is constantly evolving and we always have to be up to date with new technologies and trends in order to implement the most attractive solutions. Therefore, it is crucial to stay up to date with all the latest developments in order to offer our clients the best services .
Why did you choose marketing automation as a field to specialize in?
I chose to specialize in marketing automation because I think it's a field with a lot of potential and I love the ability to merge creativity and technology so that companies can connect with their customers . Also, the idea of being able to automate processes, personalize messages and create unique experiences that generate a significant impact . In short, it's a tedious job, yes, but at the same time very rewarding.
How can you personalize customer experience through marketing automation?
Personalizing the customer experience is achieved by tailoring messages, content and offers to individual preferences . To do this, it is essential to have demographic and behavioral data in order to send/display timely and relevant communications, guiding them to achieve our objective, whether it is the click or the conversion. The goal is to create a unique and relevant experience that strengthens the relationship with the brand and generates positive business results .
What is the key to a successful campaign?
Maintaining fluid communication with the client is essential. Working together to define the company's tactical and strategic objectives , establishing success metrics to properly measure our campaigns, is also essential to create segments and customize campaigns to maximize their relevance and effectiveness . But it doesn't end there, it is also crucial to closely monitor and analyze campaign performance. This allows us to make continuous adjustments and improvements, thus optimizing results. In short, communication is vital to successfully achieving project objectives.
And now that there is so much talk about GPT Chat... Do you consider this tool to be helpful when working in automation?
Yes, I use GPT chat in my daily work. Personally, I think it is a very useful tool that helps us to be more efficient. In a matter of seconds, you can get fresh and creative ideas that help us to develop effective actions and achieve good results.
And to finish... What is your greatest learning from Línea Gráfica?
The best thing about Línea Gráfica is being able to work daily with a great team with whom to share experiences and knowledge, which is a plus that not everyone can enjoy. In addition, we are in a sector that is constantly changing and evolving, and being able to learn something new every day is another extra.

I can highlight four main values: proximity , collaboration , innovation and flexibility . Línea Gráfica is like a big family, in which everyone is listened to and valued. In addition, it is made up of a team that knows how to work together and help whenever necessary.
